Hi, I'm Sheila Caldwell

I live in the pretty coastal town of Pittenweem in Fife, renowned for its Arts Festival each August.

I took up painting a few years ago and have delighted in trying out various techniques and working with oils, acrylic, watercolour, inks, encaustic and pastels. I learned how to create pictures with hand felted merino wool and recently discovered the pleasure of creating small pictures with seaglass and seashore finds.

My pastime has grown to be a great interest and I exhibit at the Pittenweem Arts Festival and St. Monans Arts Festival . Many of my paintings have gone all over the world.
